Tottenham linked with Juventus striker Llorente

Tottenham are believed to be showing interest in Juventus striker Fernando Llorente.

According to TMW, Mauricio Pochettino is lining up a summer swoop for Llorente who he sees as an ideal replacement for Emmanel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado.

Pochettino is set to offload both Adebayor and Soldado at the end of the current campaign and Llorente has been identified as someone who would complement young gun Harry Kane.

The Spaniard, 30, joined the Bianconeri from Athletic Bilbao and has since scored 21 Serie A goals in 58 appearances although his output this term has suffered under Massimiliano Allegri with just five league goals to his name.
