Tottenham hero David Ginola says Aaron Lennon is key to the club winning silverware this season.

The winger is currently injured and was missed by Spurs in their defeat at Liverpool.

Ginola said: "He is an important part of the puzzle. Tottenham have strikers who score goals like Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe, but they need to have some players in midfield who can get at people, run with the ball, can cross, assist, can create danger - and this is what Lennon is capable of.

"He can make anything, a goal, an assist, a free-kick, penalty, more corners, more pressure on the defence."
