Tottenham face stiff competition for AS Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is a fan of Pjanic's creativity.
"I am aware of Tottenham's interest, but I have no intention of leaving Roma. The club was clear, I have a three-year contract and without doubt will remain here," he insisted last week.
Teleradiostereo says Villas-Boas hasn't been put off, but now faces competition from Barcelona, where sports director Andoni Zubizarreta is having the Roma ace scouted this season.
