Tottenham Hotspur chief Daniel Levy has continued his hardline approach when it comes to selling his own players.
This time, Levy is holding out for a fee of £45m for defender Kyle Walker.
The England right back is a target of Manchester City, who is desperate for fullbacks after releasing Bacary Sagna, Pablo Zabaleta and Gael Clichy.
However, Spurs are determined not too sell to their rivals unless they pay top-dollar.
A source in the Daily Star has stated: "Tottenham have a figure in mind for the player and it's now down to City to pay it."
