Tottenham defender Ryan Sessegnon has revealed his annoyance at being injured again.

The left-back is out for a prolonged period with another hamstring injury ahead of preseason.

Sessegnon, who is only 23, is not able to hit the ground running to impress new boss Ange Postecoglou.

“Devastated and not really sure what to say right now," he posted on social media.

“But I wanted to come on here and say thank you for all the kind messages I've received.

“Hopefully this provides a light at the end of the tunnel. I feel very hungry and motivated to return stronger than ever and be back to doing what I do best for you guys."
