Tottenham chief Franco Baldini is having Bulgaria midfielder Simeon Slavchev watched.
Baldini posted a scout to see Slavchev in action on the weekend for Litex Lovech.
TMW says the Spurs rep was joined in the Litex Lovech executive box by a scout from Zenit St Petersburg.
Baldini has been a long-term admirer of Slavchev, having first made contact with his agent, Milen Georgiev, while in charge of Roma. The Italian has since made fresh contact with Georgiev about a London move in January for the midfielder.
