Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is chasing Blackpool winger Thomas Ince.
The Mirror says Levy is keeping close tabs on Ince.
England Under-21 winger Ince is wanted by former club Liverpool, and premier League new boys Cardiff and Crystal Palace, but Tottenham have the firepower to blow them all out of the water.
