Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says he could handle the pressure of being England manager.
Redknapp is confident he would be able to cope with the pressure.
Redknapp, whose side take on FC Twente in their final Champions League group game tonight, said: "Do I need the aggravation?
"It's aggravation managing Tottenham, isn't it? But it's what you get with the job.
"You either enjoy it and get on with it or you turn it in and go and walk the dogs and play golf.
"That's my choice, isn't it? And while I enjoy it, you keep going.
"It's not easy. Sometimes when that alarm goes off I think to myself 'What you doing at five o'clock, slapping round the motorway in the middle of winter every morning?'
"But you can only do it because you enjoy it. And if I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't do it."
