Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp singled out Ledley King and Luka Modric for special praise after their win over Arsenal.

Both players were outstanding on the night.

Redknapp told the club's website: "Ledley came in tonight and turned in a magnificent performance. He is just the most special centre-half and Michael Dawson was great. Benoit was terrific again and Younes Kaboul had to come in at right-back and did a job out there.

"All-round it was a great night for us. Luka Modric was outstanding in the middle of the park. Luka and Tom were outnumbered in there, Arsenal played three against our two and it was always going to be difficult for them, we knew that. We worked on it in training. It's hard with the extra man but we got around them, closed them and the little fella's an amazing player, I think he's top, top drawer."
