Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou says he's well aware of Crystal Palace's new manager Oliver Glasner.

Postecoglou expects Palace to be up for their clash with Glasner now in charge.

He said: "Usually there is a positive effect when he arrives a new manager and you saw that last week with the way Crystal Palace handled things.

"Oliver is a coach with very good credentials, especially in Frankfurt he produced a really strong team with a really distinct playing style, so you will probably see elements of that.

"At the same time, I think we are at a stage in our development where the real emphasis is still on us, on playing our football and making sure we bring to our game the kind of energy and commitment that we have shown at times this season. Also, the effort that got us to where we are now. So that will be our main focus."
