Tottenham boss Mourinho to sell 2 fullbacks and bring in Meunier

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is prepared to sell two fullbacks to land PSG defender Thomas Meunier.

The Times says Mourinho is willing to sell Serge Aurier and Kyle Walker-Peters to sign Meunier at the end of the season. Meunier's contract with Paris Saint-Germain runs out on June 30 and is soon expected to become a free agent after the French Ligue 1 was abandoned due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Mourinho is so keen to sign the full-back that he is willing to sell Aurier and Walker-Peters, both of whom play at right-back, in order to make space and raise funds for the France international.

Meunier has enjoyed tremendous success with PSG as he has recorded 13 goals and 21 assists in 128 appearances and has won three league titles.

Aurier has been unreliable in defence whereas Walker-Peters has been loaned out to Southampton - both players, though, still have contracts with Spurs.
