Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is considering a return to Inter Milan for a new centre-half.

Conte wants Spurs to sign a young central defender this summer.

And the Athletic says he is eyeing his former Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni.

Conte brought through Bastoni at Inter and helped him break into the Italy squad.

Akong with Bastoni, also under consideration at Spurs is Lille defender Sven Botman and SC Freiburg's Nico Schlotterbeck.
