Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has snapped back at Harry Redknapp after victory over Reading.

Redknapp, who was sacked this summer and replaced by Villas-Boas, over the weekend questioned the approach of managers who use '70-page dossiers'.

"In the end it's not about the manager, it's about the players," AVB said.

"Different kinds of managers have different leadership styles and the way they go about his business."
