Tottenham are ready to launch a bid for Steaua Bucharest defender Vlad Chiriches.
Sky Italia says Spurs are lining up an 8million bid for the 23-year-old Romanian international, who has featured 18 times for his country.
Chiriches has also been interesting Barcelona and Inter Milan.
