Tottenham are moving for Swansea City midfielder Joe Allen.
The Sunday Mirror says Allen has TWO release clauses in his Swansea deal, allowing Spurs to sign the Team GB player for a lower fee than Liverpool.
One clause states the club must sell if Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal or Chelsea offer £15million for him - and the Reds are ready to meet that valuation.
But, amazingly, Allen has a second clause that states clubs outside that "big five" or from abroad can sign him for around £12m - a fact that has alerted Spurs.
