Dwayne De Rosario could quite possibly make a sentimental return to Toronto FC according to general manager Tim Bezbatchenko.
The 35-year old Canadian international is out of contract after being released by DC United at the end of the 2013 MLS season and has since emerged as a target for former club TFC.
"(De Rosario) would fit the bill in terms of someone we're looking for," Bezbatchenko told the Toronto Sun.
De Rosario played with Toronto between 2009 and 2011, scoring 32 goals in 75 appearances in all competitions, to sit at the top of the Ontario clubs scoring chart. He also won the 2011 MLS MVP and Golden Boot while with the Reds.
