Genoa striker Luca Toni hopes to recapture his best form with his new club.
Toni has been unsettled over the past year, as he left Bayern Munich under a cloud and Roma did not take up their option after a six-month loan spell.
"I am happy to be back and to have scored my first goal for Genoa," he said of Sunday's penalty in the 1-1 draw with Parma.
"I managed 90 minutes and felt pretty good. I haven't set a specific target of how many goals I want this season, as I just need to net as many as possible, helping my team to win.
"The important thing is that this Genoa side is high up the table."
