Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez will not contest the suspension and fine imposed on him by the club.
Recent reports suggest that the Argentine will accept the punishment that comes to him after breaching his contract on five separate issues dating back to a Champions League clash with Bayern Munich on September 27.
City manager Roberto Mancini accused Tevez of refusing to come off the bench at the Allianz Arena but an internal enquiry suggests that the former Manchester United man only reused to warm-up.
Nevertheless, City suspended Tevez for two weeks and fined him four weeks' wages and he has reportedly accepted the sanction without complaint although it remains to be seen if he will remain at the club after the January transfer window.
