Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is pushing to have Casemiro signed and sealed in time for Monday night's clash with Liverpool.
Marca is reporting this morning Real Madrid have already agreed to sell the Brazil international to United. Indeed, plans are being put in place to mark Casemiro's departure with a special farewell.
Casemiro has agreed terms with United over a five-year contract and Real are willing to sell for United's proposal of €60m up front plus €10m in bonuses.
Ten Hag is now pushing his directors to get the deal over the line in time for Casemiro to be registered for their clash with Liverpool.
The two clubs are expected to reach an agreement today, with a private jet on standby to whisk Casemiro to Manchester for a medical and to sign terms.
