Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor has admitted the players are struggling to come to terms with the situation at the club.

Taylor said: "What happens off the field is nothing to do with us. We have just got to get on with what we do on the pitch. You've got to give your best.

"The fans are feeling disappointed at the moment but it's up to us to get things moving and put smile back on their faces."
