Sydney FC have signed a sponsorship deal with The Income Tax Professionals (ITP), reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

The tax advisory firm's logo will appear on the front of the team's playing shorts throughout the 2015/16 A-League season. In addition, ITP branding will appear on pitchside LEDs at the Allianz Stadium, while the company will have hospitality and activation rights.

"We're very much excited by the opportunity to work with one of the Hyundai A-League's biggest clubs," said ITP chief executive John Bailey.

"Sydney FC are the most recognised team in the competition and as one of the leading Australian taxation companies we feel this a mutually beneficial alignment.

"This is our first foray into professional football and it's a bold move that we believe will be successful."
