QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt knows just how important his side's meeting with Swansea City is tonight.
The R's, currently sitting 17th on the Premier League table, host the Swans at Loftus Road needing a win to push them clear of the drop zone.
After a great individual performance last season in the Swansea match, when he netted two goals and was involved in another two in thee 4-0, the Moroccan is confident that the West Londoners can come shining through.
"We know how they play. They like to keep the ball. We are going to have to work very hard to stop them and we must win our individual battles.
"We are playing for our lives and we have to show this on the pitch. It is important we pick up three points.""It was probably my best performance last season," he told the club's official website.
