Swedish pair Pontus Jansson and Mikael Lustig aren't surprised by Zlatan Ibrahimovic's decision to leave Manchester United.

It was announced yesterday that Ibrahimovic has terminated his contract with United and he is now expected to sign for LA Galaxy.

Leeds United defender Jansson told Sportbladet: "Zlatan is smart, he knows what he's doing.

"I've actually started following the league and I like the concept. It would be fun for them to get him there and it's always fun to see Zlatan play football. That would be awesome.

"There are many who have gone there and did well in recent years and did well. But Zlatan is in better physical form than the others so I think he will do well."

Celtic fullback Lustig also said: "I'm not very shocked. So clearly, he saw the end of his career in Manchester United and the United States track has been quite hot for some time."
