Swansea City are waiting for West Ham to respond to their offer for Enner Valencia.
The Mail on Sunday says Swansea have made a £13million offer for Valencia.
The bid is £10m plus £3m in add-ons.
Lazio had made an offer of £3m loan fee with view to a permanent deal next summer for the Ecuador international.
