Leroy Lita has been recalled by Swansea City after injury forced his loan spell at Championship Birmingham to be cut short, reports the Blues official website.
The 27-year-old has been struggling with a nagging thigh injury over the last week and both clubs agreed to the striker returning to South Wales for his rehabilitation.
While both clubs are disappointed that the loan has been cut short, they have not ruled out the possibility of Lita returning to St. Andrew's for another loan spell in the future.
