Swansea City have gone cold on striker targets Luc Castaignos and Kolbeinn Sigthórsson.

Swansea have been chasing Ajax striker Sigthórsson since January, while a bid for Castaignos has been accepted by FC Twente.

However, Dutch sources state Swansea have pulled back from both targets with a deal close for Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis.

Gomis was undergoing a Swansea medical yesterday after agreeing terms over a Bosman deal
