Swansea City could seal a deal for Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony this weekend.

The Western Mail says Swans chairman Huw Jenkins was still working on an agreement with Vitesse Arnhem for the 24-year-old last night, the player having outlined his desire to make the move.

It is thought that there should be little problem with personal terms, Swansea ready to make the Eredivise top scorer their highest earner, but without breaking their carefully managed wage structure.
