Swansea City star Federico Fernandez is now focusing on the upcoming clash against Watford after his weekend enjoying the Formula One.

Fernandez made full use of the international break by travelling to Monza for the recent Italian Grand Prix and the defender even managed to meet Formula One star Fernando Alonso.

Fernandez said: "I like Formula One a lot – I'm a big fan of the sport. I've been to Monza before, and I enjoy the race. I even got to meet Fernando Alonso, who I like to watch, so it was a great weekend.

"But now all the focus is on Watford. They have started well and they have only been beaten once by Manchester City, who have been excellent so far.
"It has been a good start for us too, but now we face another difficult game. Our performances and results so far have given us confidence but we need to continue working hard to get the outcome we want on Saturday."
