New Swansea City coach James Beattie is convinced by the quality of the squad.
Beatts is convinced Swansea don't have to spend big in the summer to be successful in the Premier League.
He told the Daily Express: "Standing still may be progress.
"It is the sensible approach. The Premier League will see an increase in revenue from the TV money coming in.
"But you have to be strategic in the window. You can't spend £20million on one player unless it is in line with your recruitment policy.
"You can only recruit players you can afford."
