Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has heaped praise on manager Michael Laudrup.
Jenkins is eager for Laudrup to lead them deep into this season's Europa League campaign.
"With Roberto Martinez and Brendan Rodgers, looking where they are at now, Michael has come in here and carried on all their work," he told talkSPORT.
"Winning the Capital One Cup last season was a big achievement and we're looking forward to perhaps getting through to the knock-out stages of the Europa League.
"You'd have to say, depending on where we finish in the Premier League this season, that we've progressed as a club, we've carried on playing the same brand of football and we hope that can continue."
