Swansea City captain Ashley Williams has welcomed new signing Andre Ayew.<p>
Ayew is joining Swansea on a Bosman from Olympique Marseille.<p>
"It shows that the club is going in the right direction again," centre-back Williams said. "It's a big signing.<p>
"We obviously needed some strikers because Bafe is on his own, so we'll definitely welcome him to the club."
