Swansea boss Clement denies Everton link with Ancelotti

Swansea City boss Paul Clement has denied claims he is set to join Carlo Ancelotti at Everton.

Clement served as Ancelotti's assistant at Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich before taking over at the Liberty midway through last season.

The Italian was recently sacked by Bayern and has since been linked with the vacant manager's position at Goodison Park.

But the 45-year-old says he hasn't spoken to Ancelotti and he has no desire to leave the Welsh club.

"It would not interest me at all," the boss said ahead of Saturday's Premier League trip to Arsenal.

"I enjoy being here and think I'm at a really good club.

"It is a massive challenge that I am enjoying and I have no plans to go anywhere.

"I have not spoken to Carlo for over a week so I don't know anything about that situation [the Everton job]."
