Swansea boss celebrated more for Llorente winner than Real Madrid Champions League win

Swansea City manager Paul Clement explains that he celebrated Fernando Llorente's winner against Burnley more passionately than when he won the Champions League with Real Madrid.

Swansea boosted their hopes of avoiding relegation with a wonderful 3-2 victory over Burnley at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday and the victory for the Swans was achieved in dramatic fashion as Llorente headed home a 93rd-minute winner.

Clement celebrated Llorente's goal in an extravagant fashion by running down the sidelines and the 44-year-old has admitted that he had not reacted in such a jubilant manner even after helping Real Madrid clinch the European crown as assistant manager a couple of seasons ago.

When asked if he could ever remember celebrating a goal in such a fashion, Clement was quoted saying to WalesOnline: "No, not really.

"Even when I won the Champions League with Real Madrid I don't think I that, although I did go down the touchline when we scored in the 93rd minute to make it 1-1 and take it to extra-time.

"I shouldn't have done it really, but it was an exciting moment. It was a great feeling."
