Sunderland defender Jean-Yves Mvoto is returning to Southend United on-loan.
Mvoto is expected to link up with temporary employers Southend United again next week.
The giant centre-half, 21, has been receiving treatment at the Academy of Light for the last couple of weeks after picking up a minor injury.
