Chelsea have reportedly identified Sunderland's on-loan winger Emanuele Giaccherini and Juventus striker Simone Zaza as potential recruits this summer.
Italian publication Tuttomercatoweb is reporting Antonio Conte, who is expected to be unveiled as the Blues' new manager later this month, is eager to bring his compatriots Giaccherini and Zaza with him to Stamford Bridge.
Giaccherini, who is on loan at Serie A outfit Bologna, played under Conte at Juventus in 2011.
Zaza has struggled for regular first team action at the Bianconeri this season and may be looking for a change of scenery during the summer.
The 24-year-old has made seven international appearances for Italy during Conte's reign as national team boss.
