Sunderland winger Jordan Henderson admits he was a big Manchester United fan growing up.
United and Manchester City are chasing the England hopeful.
"When I was little my heroes were David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Roy Keane," Henderson told the Guardian. "I've always liked the way Manchester United play the game."
Unfortunately he was a little young to savour Bruce's Old Trafford pomp. "I'm sure he was very good though," he adds, diplomatically.
