Sunderland have swooped for AIK teen Oscar Krusnell.

The 16 year-old Swedish prospect is a left-back and will join Sunderland's youth team next season.

"It's exciting," said Krusnell. "I'm a little nervous, but it feels good."

Krusnell becomes the first youth teamer to be sold by AIK to a foreign club. He will do preseason with AIK's senior squad before leaving for England.

AIK confirmed the deal with Sunderland on Saturday.
