Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici has cooled talk of signing Sunderland striker Nacho Scocco.
Scocco, known as "Nacho", has been in the thoughts of Boca boss Carlos Bianchi in recent weeks.
However, Angelici was less than impressed to read comments from the player suggesting a return to former club Newell's Old Boys was his preferred option.
He told Radio Cooperativa: "Scocco was in Bianchi's thoughts, but we did not like to read in the media stating that he prefers to play for Newell's."
