Sunderland striker Fraizer Campbell was thrilled to earn a first England cap - just as his baby daughter was being born.
Isla Rose was not due until Monday but arrived on the day that Campbell ran out at Wembley.
He said: "I couldn't have written a better day. It was one of those crazy things - everyone told me the first one is always late, so cheers for that guys! I'm gutted to have missed the birth but if I'd have left she might have been born the day after.
"I will always be there for my daughter but could get injured and never have the chance to play for England again."
