Sunderland captain Lee Cattermole insists there won't be panic after their thrashing at West Bromwich Albion.
They headed home having suffered their heaviest defeat since last April, but according to Cattermole Sunderland won't slip back into losing habits.
"We've got a lot to play for. We're still in the FA Cup and the aim is to finish in the top eight in the league.
"When the gaffer took over three months ago, we'd have taken where we are now, so we can't moan."
