Sunderland and Reading are chasing Celtic midfielder Thomas Gravesen.

The Daily Star says both clubs want to bring Gravesen back to the Premiership this summer.

The Dane's agent, John Sivebaek, admitted last week a move away from Parkhead could be on after the midfielder was frozen out of the Scottish Cup final team.
