Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam is attracting major transfer interest.
The Sun says top-flight strugglers Sunderland are keen to recruit Adam to boost their battle against relegation.
Black Cats manager David Moyes is keen to strengthen a squad which has been hit hard by injuries in the first half of the campaign.
Adam was in the Stoke side who won 3-1 at Sunderland earlier this month and also helped the Potters to a 1-1 draw at home against Manchester United last weekend.
He's made 20 appearances for Stoke this season, scoring two goals.
