Sunderland are launching a bid for Tottenham striker Peter Crouch.
The Sunday Express says Sunderland are to make a second attempt to bring Tottenham striker Crouch to Wearside.
Stadium of Light boss Steve Bruce failed two years ago to persuade the 30-year-old England forward to move from White Hart Lane to the north east after agreeing a fee with Spurs.
Crouch is again available for around £10million.
