Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is hoping for a cash windfall from Asamoah Gyan.
The People says O'Neill should get some much-needed cash when Sunderland sell Gyan to United Arab Emirates club Al-Ain.
Sunderland banked £6million when they allowed the Ghana international to go out on loan to Al-Ain last summer, and they will be looking for a similar amount to make the deal permanent.
