Italy Under-21 defender Cristiano Biraghi is a target for Sunderland.

The Sunday Sun says while the Inter Milan youngster's agent admits a move to the Premier League is 'the dream for every player', he insists he has heard nothing from the Black Cats as yet.

Biraghi's representative Mario Giuffredi says Sunderland's interest is news to him.

"Honestly, I'm not aware of it," he said. "I'm not sure if they [Sunderland] have spoken with Inter.

"But [to play in the Premier League] is the dream of every player."
