Sunderland boss Gus Poyet is keen on Brighton winger Will Buckley.

The Journal says Poyet has already begun planning for the summer, and sees winger Buckley as exactly the type of young, hungry player that can refresh his squad.

Sunderland will look to snap up Buckley whether they beat the drop or not.
