Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill insists he doesn't need to panic buy.

O'Neill was left frustrated after Sunderland failed to take their chances in defeat at Chelsea.

"I don't think your immediate reaction would be to race out to get somebody who could score 20 goals. He'd only cost about £35million anyway," he said.
