Sky Sports News HQ understands Sunderland boss Gus Poyet is unlikely to contest the FA charge over his touchline row with Hull counterpart Steve Bruce. Poyet was charged with improper conduct after kicking over a bucket holding water bottles after referee Mike Reed booked Jack Rodwell for diving during the 1-1 draw away to Hull City in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
The Uruguayan has until 6pm on Monday respond to the charge.
