Sunderland boss Roy Keane admits he's unlikely to base his summer recruiting on the Championship market.
"We made some good signings last season but we've also had one or two that haven't worked out," he said. "The gap between the Championship and the Premiership is very big.
"We bought lots of players from the Championship last season and a few have bridged the gap but certainly one or two have come up short.
"But this summer a lot of the players I am interested in are players who have played a lot of games in the Premiership because that experience is what we lacked last season."
