Sunderland boss Roy Keane has been charged with improper conduct by the FA. Keane confronted referee Martin Atkinson in the tunnel at half-time of the Chelsea game at Stamford Bridge and was sent to the stands for the second half.

A statement on the FA website read: "The charge relates to his conduct towards referee Martin Atkinson in the tunnel at half-time of Sunderland's match against Chelsea on Saturday 1st November."
